Our clinical units are highly specialized units which had been set up with specific remit to expert training and experience. Our experts understand the importance of selecting the proper healthcare service to our patient based on multidisciplinary team approach.

Medical Oncology team is divided into 4 highly specialized units; Breast, GI, Thoracic Oncology & Sarcoma, and finally Other Solid Malignancies unit. These clinical units have been set up with specific remit to expert training and experience.

On daily basis, each clinical unit runs at least one clinic which is managed by a representative consultant. Each consultant is responsible to properly interview all the scheduled patients, the new cases, as well as the emergent patients.

We have a well balanced on-call list that have been fixed from day 1 of the month to cover all areas in KCCC during the whole month. Daily, there is 3 levels of authorities during the on-call with support of one of our senior staff.

It is important to create a professional package of clinical research services. Our research are carried out fully in accordance with the requirements of Good Clinical Practice and the Declaration of Helsinki.

Along the year, we have a wide variety of activities that have been set up to allow our medical staff or/and any invited external speakers to present their work and share experience by discussing the available scientific data.
